With over a decade of experience in ophthalmology, she specializes in diagnosing and treating complex retinal disorders, including Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP), diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, and uveal disorders. Dr. Ruchi is proficient in advanced vitreoretinal diagnostics and surgical procedures, including vitrectomies, detachment surgeries, and laser treatments. Her expertise extends to cutting-edge treatments such as intravitreal injections and ROP screening, ensuring the highest standards of care for her patients.

Dr. Ruchi completed her MBBS and MS in Ophthalmology at Kasturba Medical College, where she graduated with distinctions and a gold medal. She further honed her skills through a fellowship in Medical and Surgical Retina at Aravind Eye Hospital, Tirunelveli. Actively involved in academic and community outreach, she has presented research at national conferences and participated in numerous eye screening camps to prevent avoidable blindness.
